Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for a financial services client, managing regional bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects. The role is remote with up to 25–30% travel across Eastern or Central time zones.

You will lead multiple real estate projects, coordinate renovations in occupied facilities, and collaborate with clients to define scope, budgets, timelines, and milestones while ensuring quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Financial services client experience required; retail construction program desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Kahua/MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities with minimal disruptions.
• Prepare project elements: scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Develop charter and integrated timeline; ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Lead meetings and guide teams through implementation.
• Communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
