• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP, or CCM preferred.
• Experience with Kahua, MS Project, Smartsheet; proficient in MS Office.
• Ground-up, retail, or financial services project experience is strongly desired.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and perform basic cost calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare scope, budgets, schedules, and risk plans.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, and payment requisitions for cost control.
• Coordinate with Cost Advisory and architecture/engineering teams.
