Job summary

Lumen Energy is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate solar/battery lease projects from signature to COD across a multi-hundred MW portfolio. You will synchronize owners, developers, lenders, EPCs, and property managers to hit milestones and deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in a client-facing role within consulting, real estate, or renewables, with strong communication and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in management consulting, investment banking, commercial real estate, renewable energy development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience running multiple workstreams and moving dozens of items across many parties.
• Strong communicator who can explain complex technical or legal detail clearly to senior non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to build a new function, not just run one.
• Ready to own outcomes directly rather than advise on them.

Responsibilities

• Owner engagement system: build a structured, predictable process to bring development items to building owners and test with developers before presenting a clear ask.
• Deal execution from lease signing to COD: drive post-signing workstreams and keep milestones current in the platform and HubSpot.
• Quarterly reviews with owner stakeholders: summarize progress and upcoming milestones.
• Build the playbook: design processes, dashboards, and communication standards to scale with the portfolio.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with developers, owners, and project partners; produce case studies from successful outcomes.
