Job summary

LPL Solar is seeking a Project Manager – Engineering to lead the engineering execution of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects from proposal to drawing package delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet schedule, quality, and scope.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field, strong communication and project management skills, proficiency with Procore, MS Office, Blue Beam, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects from proposal through completion.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering teams for drawing plan sets and design packages.
• Serve as primary contact between LPL Solar, clients, owners, and engineering partners.
• Prepare proposals, develop project scopes, and monitor backlog and resource needs.
• Track schedules, milestones, and client requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Review drawings, calculations, and design documents for quality and constructability.
• Facilitate design reviews and client meetings; communicate status and risks.
