Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance roles within a CRO.
• Experience with a revenue recognition system.
• Highly detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews contract payments schedules and prepares monthly fee-for-service and pass-through invoices.
• Analyzes contracts for budget and hours; sets up financial system inputs and tracking worksheets.
• Calculates monthly contract revenue for assigned projects.
• Assists project managers with analyzing monthly reports for profitability and backlog.
• Attends project meetings and supports questions and analyses.
