Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to join our Clinical R&D-Finance team. You will review contract payment schedules, prepare monthly fee-for-service and pass-through invoices, and assist with budgeting and revenue recognition for assigned projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least one year of CRO experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience in accounting or finance in a CRO or similar setting.
• Experience with a revenue recognition system.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contract payments schedules and prepare monthly invoices.
• Analyze budgets and hours for setup in financial systems.
• Compute monthly contract revenue for assigned projects.
• Support project managers with monthly profitability reports.
• Prepare cash flow analyses for payment schedules.
• Assist with change orders and backlog calculations.
