Premier Research is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to join our Clinical R&D-Finance team in the United States. You will review contract and payment schedules, prepare monthly invoices, and help determine project profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, at least one year in finance within a CRO, strong detail orientation, and MS Office proficiency. The company offers competitive pay (starting at $55,000) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of one year related experience in accounting or finance position within a CRO
• Experience with a revenue recognition system
• Highly detail oriented
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel

Responsibilities

• Review contract payments schedules and prepares monthly invoices for clients on assigned projects
• Analyze contracts for budget and hours and set up in the financial system
• Calculate monthly contract revenue for assigned projects
• Assist Project Managers with monthly profitability reports
• Attend project-related meetings
• Calculate monthly backlog for assigned projects
• Assist managers and core team with questions and analyses
• Analyze change orders for incorporation into the original contract
• Prepare cash flow analyses for payment schedules
• All other tasks as assigned
