Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for a fully remote, temporary role starting in early November and ending around March 2027.

This position is eligible for overtime and requires a quiet home office. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, Fleet Supervisor, and Quality Control Manager on administrative functions and projects, including data entry, subcontractor management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in administration or related roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask efficiently.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Subcontractor Management: Input and manage job reports and customer data into the CRM; send/receive work through in-house subcontractor management software; ensure proper turnaround time on billing documents; update tracking documents with current information.
• Administrative Support: Access all Lead Vendor software and pull call back reports; process them in CRM; pull weekly fleet reporting for interpretation; ensure IE software is up to date.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
