RT Specialty, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Underwriter to join our National Programs team. The role focuses on underwriting, managing, and growing specialized commercial insurance programs across staffing, janitorial, alarm/security, and other niche contractor-focused industries.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of P&C underwriting experience, strong analytical skills, and a knack for broker relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial P&C underwriting experience.
• Excellent analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business within delegated authority.
• Develop broker and distribution relationships and present program strategies.
• Support program growth, guideline development, and junior underwriting mentorship.
