Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the criminal justice system.
• Ability to interpret and understand file materials and legal documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, perform detail-oriented work, and use computer and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ICOTS notifications and other reports to ensure deadlines are met and audit standards are maintained.
• Provide support for the Interstate Compact Unit.
• Perform work requiring independent examination and management of records relevant to Interstate Compact issues.
• Assist Interstate Compact personnel, law enforcement agencies, institutions and Probation/Parole officials as well as the general public.
