Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience in manufacturing or electronics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Global Shop) and Microsoft Planner/Excel/Outlook for reporting.
• Passport required due to frequent international travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic customer relationships and operations for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow existing customer opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reports on delivery, profitability, and quality.
• Travel frequently to Mexico and some travel to other sites.
