Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise-level program management.
• 5+ years collaborating with HR, Finance, and C-suite in tech environments.
• 3+ years of Organizational Change Management.
• Strong influence and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Financial acumen and KPI/outcome tracking experience.
• Eastern Time Zone location required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale organizational transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Partner directly with HR, Finance, and C-suite executives to drive strategic program outcomes.
• Drive alignment, actions, and outcomes across stakeholders without direct authority.
• Define KPIs and establish outcome-based value tracking mechanisms.
• Manage organizational change management activities and initiatives.
