Job summary
Clicklease is expanding its strategic finance leadership to design and scale new commercial financing programs for a national dealer network. The Senior Manager will architect offers, price risk, and drive adoption, collaborating across Credit, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure compliance and scalability.
The role targets a seasoned strategist with 7+ years in product strategy or specialty finance, capable of delivering revenue growth through innovative POS financing models.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product strategy, specialty finance, or commercial financial services.
- Domain expertise in POS, indirect, or dealer-embedded financing models.
- Strong pricing, loss modeling, and servicing cost understanding.
- Strategic thinker who focuses on what and why, not tickets.
- Collaborator able to work with Underwriting and Compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of new commercial financial products including offer structure and pricing.
- Develop promotional financing constructs to drive dealer conversion and loyalty.
- Own unit economics, modeling yield, cost of capital, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Bridge Credit, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable programs.
- Create and present the strategic roadmap from pilot to national distribution.
