Roofstock is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Leasing to own the leasing roadmap across our retail, institutional, and build-to-rent portfolios, driving end-to-end outcomes with Engineering and Design. This operator-minded role demands bias toward action and strong written communication to shape new leasing offerings for landlords who manage on their own.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of a revenue-carrying product surface at a software company.
• Proptech/real estate/marketplace background preferred; leasing or property management context is a strong plus.
• Grit—able to ship through ambiguity and constraints.
• Strong roadmap and stakeholder management; deadlines and growth bets managed in the same quarter.
• Comfort in an operator-heavy business; discovery starts by shadowing the people doing the work.
• AI fluency; daily use of AI tools and opinions on where agents belong in workflows.
• Comfort working with data; define funnel metrics, read dashboards, root-causes when needed.
• Strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own leasing product roadmap across retail, institutional, and build-to-rent portfolios.
• Lead discovery through execution with Engineering and Design on scoping and rollout.
• Keep priorities, sizing, and sequencing clear for leadership and teams.
• Build visibility and workflow for the leasing funnel; improve handoffs and automation status.
• Partner with leasing operations to remove bottlenecks and absorb more volume.
• Understand AI in the leasing funnel and push automation where it helps.
• Shape and validate new leasing offerings for self-managing landlords; pricing and business modeling.
• Collaborate with Growth and GTM to take offerings from thesis to launch.
• Talk to owners, prospects, agents, screeners; synthesize feedback into actionable decisions.
• Maintain feedback loops to surface operational signals in real time.
• Serve as product counterpart to Engineering and Design; coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Balance strategic goals with operational capacity in prioritization decisions.
• Own leasing funnel metrics end to end: conversion, speed to lease, SLA adherence, vacancy; track KPIs.
