Bread Financial is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery for consumer-focused features. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to align with business objectives, drive growth, and optimize product performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 8-10 years experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or Information Technology.
• 10+ years experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas
• Demonstrated expertise in credit card and BNPL capabilities, including digital acquisition, prequalification, instant credit, servicing, fraud, rewards, and partner-facing integrations through APIs and SDKs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex product capabilities to clients, brands, and business stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive buy-in and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and plans the product roadmap. Creates and defines the long-term vision and strategy for the products and features for a diverse set of customers.
• Work with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product features using agile methodology.
• Lead feedback gathering, metric definition, and analysis to validate assumptions, inform roadmap priority, and monitor product success.
• Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, while maintaining the product roadmap and backlog.
• Understands key financial measures and synthesizes financial metrics around the product concepts.
