Job summary

StarRez Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Payments domain across StarRez products.

You will work with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, Finance, and external partners to deliver customer value and business impact. The role emphasizes data-driven discovery, KPIs like processing revenue, adoption, and reconciliation efficiency, and monetisation strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS and payments/fintech/financial services
• Proven track record owning a product area across the full lifecycle with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems: gateways, processing, settlement, reconciliation, reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Payments domain across products
• Drive roadmap prioritisation and trade-offs to deliver measurable business impact
• Own payments performance against KPIs including processing revenue, adoption, success rates, cost optimisation, and reconciliation efficiency
• Develop and evolve pricing and partner strategies to optimise financial outcomes
• Build deep expertise in payment ecosystems and customer workflows to inform direction
• Lead data-driven, hypothesis-led product development with experimentation and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Quality, and Design for clear direction and timely delivery
• Work with Partnerships and external providers to expand capabilities and growth
