Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for our Payments team in a hybrid role. The position is onsite 3 days a week in Pasadena, CA, or San Dimas, CA, and not eligible for remote work.

You will drive product strategy across payments-related workflows, collaborate with engineering, operations, risk, design, and external partners, and guide a team to deliver seamless experiences from client to internal tools and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product management experience in payments.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems and workflows.
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap focused on payments experiences.
• Document and prioritize product features based on clients and market trends.
• Reimagine workflows to reduce friction and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, risk, design, and partners.
• Measure product effectiveness and drive priorities.
• Support AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent experiences.
• Communicate and defend ideas to stakeholders.
• Lead multiple teams and steward the roadmap.
