Job summary

Parachute Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Provider Experience on the Clinical Strategy team to enhance provider workflows and patient care. You will partner with clinicians, customers, and partners to shape roadmaps and deliver value across a nationwide clinician network.

You will align a cross-functional team, define success metrics, and drive adoption from onboarding to optimization, while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and CS to scale our platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and stakeholders.
• Experience driving software products in healthcare startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Provider Experience within Clinical Strategy.
• Coordinate with partners, customers, and internal teams to plan releases and measure success metrics.
• Lead go-to-market activities with Marketing, CS, and Implementation to drive adoption.
