Job summary

Fuller Theological Seminary seeks a Senior Product Manager for Fuller Equip to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a church-based, organization-level subscription model. You will partner with engineering, marketing, and pedagogy teams to translate user needs into intuitive experiences that align with Fuller’s mission.

You will guide pricing, data analytics, and product analytics while shepherding a multi-disciplinary team in a remote-capable role across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience with subscription-based or multi-tenant SaaS products serving organizational customers.
• Experience with design thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience designing, implementing, and running agile product development processes.
• Experience with data analytics and decision-making using GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Own user research, product iteration, and pricing strategy for subscriptions.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and pedagogy teams to deliver intuitive products.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and success metrics; ensure timely delivery.
