Job summary

Tithely seeks a Sr. Product Manager for Financial Stewardship to own and expand our financial platform for churches. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives, define strategy and KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Finance to deliver new financial services.

The role is fully remote in the USA and reports to the Director of Product. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience launching financial products, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate complex requirements

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in product management in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience developing or launching financial products or services.
• Ability to take a product from concept through launch and iteration.
• Proven success overseeing all elements of the product lifecycle.
• US-based and able to work full-time remotely.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial services landscape for churches including Accounting, Payroll, and Spend management.
• Identify opportunities using customer insights, market data and business metrics.
• Lead discovery; define problems, size opportunities, and make build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Translate opportunities into strategy, roadmap, and Jira Epics.
• Lead 0‑to‑1 products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define success metrics and use data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Eng, Sales, CX, Finance, Legal and others to bring products to market.
• Communicate strategy, priorities and progress to stakeholders including leadership.
• Stay current on financial services developments for churches.
