Job summary

Fuller Theological Seminary is seeking an Operations and Project Manager for the Fuller Center for Spiritual Formation (FSF). This part-time, grant-funded role offers hybrid or remote work and 25 hours per week, acting as the administrative backbone to support partnerships, communications, and program events with warmth and excellence.

The role requires 3–5+ years in administration/operations, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong skills in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of administrative, operations, or project management experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM software (HubSpot) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and onboarding workflows for partners and contractors.
• Maintain FSF's CRM (HubSpot) with accurate tracking.
• Process contractor forms and payments; ensure compliance with Fuller’s accounting.
