Digital Room LLC in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the eCommerce Purchasing Experience across brands. You will define roadmaps, translate customer feedback into requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in cart, checkout, and payment experiences.

You will analyze funnels and experimentation results, partner with UX, Engineering, and Marketing, drive CRO initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure scalable, reliable purchasing flows while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years managing ecommerce products and customer-facing experiences.
• Proven experience optimizing ecommerce Purchasing Experiences, including product configuration, cart, checkout, payment and conversion funnels.
• Strong experience with conversion optimization, experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, or similar tools.
• Experience working closely with UX, Engineering, QA, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the eCommerce Purchasing Experience across brands.
• Define and manage the roadmap; translate business objectives, customer feedback, and data insights into actionable product requirements.
• Lead CRO initiatives and A/B tests to improve conversion and checkout performance.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Marketing and Operations to deliver high-impact features.
• Analyze customer behavior, funnels and transaction performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Communicate results, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
