Job Type: Part-Time (3 hours/day, 6 days a week)

ArNature is a rapidly growing startup offering high-quality, locally sourced groceries. We’re seeking a proactive and independent individual to manage and grow our e-commerce sales on platforms like Flipkart and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce accounts on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and others.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
• Create and optimize product listings for maximum performance.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, including offers, discounts, and ads.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Achieve a minimum of 400 orders per platform per month.
• Take ownership of the role and adapt to evolving responsibilities to grow the brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts and driving sales.
• Strong understanding of Flipkart, Amazon, and related marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
