  4. Collaborate with internal creative, campaign, and development teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing ad experiences
  5. Use multivariate testing and analytics to guide campaign performance and site improvements
  6. Own reporting on KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, and paid channel performance, presenting insights to stakeholders
  7. Manage vendor/agency relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-impact campaign execution within budget
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital advertising budgets with a strong emphasis on performance marketing
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing e-commerce channels with significant revenue responsibility
  • Proven expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, as well as SEO/SEM and CRO best practices
