Job summary

Front is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Developer Platform to lead bets across APIs, MCP, and AI connectivity. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and internal customers to translate developer pain into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.

You’ll balance platform strategy with pragmatic execution and a high bar for quality. The role sits in a hybrid model, with in-office collaboration on Tue–Thu, and a focus on delivering scalable, secure tools for developers

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with technical products or platforms
Strong technical fluency with APIs, tooling, and system design concepts
Ability to drive cross-functional work from problem definition to adoption
Excellent prioritization with focus on impact and foundations vs iterations
Experience using data (instrumentation, funnels, metrics) plus qualitative discovery
AI fluency: using AI to accelerate discovery and execution

Responsibilities

Own API, MCP, and AI connectivity strategy across Front’s platform
Partner with engineering to define scalable, secure platform primitives
Identify and prioritize high-leverage developer pain points with data and feedback loops
Drive alignment across product, engineering, partnerships, security, and data teams
Define success metrics and build mechanisms to measure and iterate
