Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Credit to lead a scalable credit platform from the United States. You will shape multi-quarter roadmaps, define backend and API requirements, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, data-driven decision making, and strong communication with stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, Risk, and GTM teams. This is a remote position with US-wide eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience focused on credit cards, lending, or related financial products.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with backend systems and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, and modern production environments.
• Experience translating complex product requirements into technical specs, data models, and scalable platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations for credit products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts to engineers, executives, and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and prioritization of product investments.
• Customer-focused mindset with data-driven validation of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap for core credit platform services.
• Develop detailed product requirements and technical specifications for backend systems and APIs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Go-to-Market, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
• Collaborate with engineering on system architecture for credit account management and data integrity.
• Ensure APIs deliver reliability, scalability, and easy external integration.
• Prioritize features balancing complexity, roadmaps, business impact, and resources.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Use analytics to identify gaps, measure feature impact, and refine roadmaps.
• Translate technical and regulatory considerations into clear decisions for teams and executives.
• Support compliance and risk reviews throughout development.
