iRhythm is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the digital platform product team. This role focuses on clinician-facing web portals, defining and delivering workflow capabilities that improve clinician efficiency and scale the platform.

You will partner with engineering, design, clinical operations, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into high-quality software solutions across products and workflows. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management, preferably software platforms or digital health.
• Experience in healthcare IT, medical devices, digital health, or regulated software environments.
• Strong ability to define scope, write requirements, and guide teams through ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with analytics to monitor adoption and business impact.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping tools.
