Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager in its Research & Development team.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of medical device projects for domestic and international markets, coordinating DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering initiatives. You will partner with Software, Firmware, QA, Security, and IT to drive successful project outcomes, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
5+ years of technical project/program management experience and 8+ years in related roles.
Experience with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering teams.
Strong understanding of software development and deployment lifecycles.
Experience with CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
Experience managing complex technical dependencies and cross-functional teams.
Strong planning, risk management, and delivery-execution skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid development methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Confluence.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end DevOps and cloud delivery initiatives.
Coordinate build, test, deployment, and release automation.
Drive initiatives to improve scalability and reliability.
Coordinate security testing and DevSecOps activities.
Serve as PM interface across Software, Firmware, QA, Security, IT, and Product teams.
Develop dashboards and executive reporting on delivery health.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; drive resolutions.
Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement.
