Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is hiring a Senior Product Manager for a newly created, high-impact role with mostly remote work and occasional in‑office meetings in Cincinnati, OH.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a SaaS platform for enterprise customers, translating market insights into features, dashboards, and self-service analytics. The ideal candidate has experience in mid-sized or growth-oriented B2B SaaS and will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Direct experience supporting B2B SaaS products.
• Experience in mid-sized or growth-focused software organizations.
• Proven success owning strategy, roadmaps, adoption and outcomes.
• Experience with analytics, dashboards, BI or data-driven capabilities.
• Strong discovery, stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for workflow, analytics and reporting.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews and market research to identify needs and validate concepts.
• Partner with leadership to align initiatives with business objectives and growth.
• Define and enhance user workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Drive dashboards, KPIs, benchmarking and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Translate feedback into clear priorities, requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Work with data teams on data models, metric definitions and data quality.
• Provide development teams with context on customer needs and value.
• Monitor adoption and adjust priorities as needed.
• Champion customer needs while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
