Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field sales leadership, product strategy, or related market-facing roles.
• Experience driving revenue growth through product positioning and sales strategy.
• Strong understanding of healthcare solutions or payor-focused products.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and product leaders in matrix environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and broker discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for assigned products including new logo sales and upsell within existing customers.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop growth plans.
• Support pipeline development and deal advancement with client and broker discussions.
• Equip sales teams with clear value propositions, competitive positioning, and client-ready messaging.
• Deliver trainings, product education sessions, and market-facing presentations.
• Translate complex product features into client-relevant benefits.
