Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services partners with a growing software organization to hire a Senior Product Manager for a high-impact, mostly remote role with in-office Cincinnati meetings. You will own strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a SaaS platform, translating market insights into measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management, strong analytics, and experience delivering dashboards, KPIs, and self-service insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Direct experience supporting B2B SaaS products
• Experience in mid-sized or growth-focused software orgs
• Proven track record owning strategy, roadmaps, adoption, and business outcomes
• Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboards, BI, or data-driven product capabilities
• Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams
• Strong Agile methodologies understanding and modern product development practices
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to define and measure product success

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for workflow, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews and market research to identify needs and inform product decisions.
• Partner with leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Define and enhance user workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive dashboards, reporting, KPIs, benchmarking, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Translate feedback into clear product priorities, requirements, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Work with data teams on data models, metric definitions, reporting requirements, and data quality initiatives.
• Provide development teams with context on customer needs, value, and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption and performance, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Champion customer needs and foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
