Job summary

Campminder is seeking a Senior Product Manager of AI Platform to build the shared AI foundation used across products. You will lead retrieval, grounding on camp data, evaluation, observability, and reusable services that power multiple teams.

You will shape how this foundation lands in each product, unblock teams, and drive real adoption while ensuring quality and trust with appropriate human-in-the-loop where stakes are high.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to productize AI beyond generic features.
• Experience building AI infrastructure used by multiple teams.
• Ability to drive adoption and unblock product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own shared AI infrastructure for products (RAG, grounding, evaluation, observability).
• Collaborate with product teams to land foundation capabilities in the wild and drive adoption.
• Define how quality and trust are measured across the platform with a human-in-the-loop for high-stakes cases.
• Lead lifecycle of LLM/ML work streams with AI and data engineering partners and make build vs. buy decisions.
• Prototype hands-on to de-risk directions and document learnings for future teams.
• Grow internal automation as the platform matures and share learnings.
