Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Ad Formats to join its team in the Consumer Technology space. This role shapes user-facing advertising experiences and drives new revenue opportunities across the digital marketplace.

You will partner with sales, engineering, and senior leaders to define strategy, launch ad experiences, and balance advertiser needs with the consumer experience. Strong prioritization and execution across cross-functional workstreams are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in product management for ad formats with a user-facing focus.
• Proven track record launching user-facing products and balancing trade-offs.
• Experience managing relationships with partners and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, engineering and teams.
• Experience with performance advertising products (preferred).
• Background in ad tech or retail media (preferred).

• Serve as the primary product partner to sales teams for new advertiser types.
• Collaborate with sales on ad formats such as savings, in-store, and AI solutions.
