Job summary

Octave seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for our 3D Modelling solutions—model-based design environment for plant, piping, and structural designers to lay out facilities in 3D, detect clashes, and generate construction-ready deliverables.

You will lead the full product lifecycle, define what we build, partner with engineering and design to ship it, and measure whether it moves the needle for customers and the business. This is a high-ownership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for software products.
• Track record shipping software that solves real user problems.
• Comfort engaging engineers on architecture and data models.
• Ability to translate design workflows into product decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the 3D Modelling product.
• Talk to users constantly to understand workflows and pain points.
• Deepen the model-based design experience with intelligent components and clash detection.
• Prioritize downstream deliverables like isometrics and GA drawings.
• Define metrics and guide decisions for adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on launches.
