Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Process Management to design, optimize and operate business processes across the office of the Chief Pet Officer. This fully remote role requires strong communication, detail orientation and storytelling to translate complex workflows into clear processes for cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in areas related to business or mathematics.
• Process-related certifications desired.
• Typically, three or more years of experience in business process design or operations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, configures, documents, deploys, maintains and upgrades business and system processes and procedures.
• Performs day-to-day operations of business and systems processes, including the operation of process-related tools.
• Facilitates key process events and fulfills customer requests and process results through all phases of the process life cycle.
• Initiates, enables and supports process redesign and/or re‑engineering initiatives and projects through continuous process improvements.
