Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a detail‑oriented Consultant, Process Management to oversee complex compensation plans, validate data, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and stakeholder communication across the NWAG Profit Share and related programs.

You will participate in design, testing (UAT), and implementation of process changes, while ensuring timely and compliant compensation outcomes during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel capability with data validation, reconciliation techniques and analytical tools.
• Ability to understand and administer complex compensation rules across multiple lines of business and processing cycles.
• Experience with SAP-based workflows and technology changes in compensation administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Plan Owner for NWAG Profit Share during transition and establish co-owner coverage.
• Support ownership of complex Standard Variable and Base Compensation plans across multiple components.
• Provide validation and processing capacity for high-impact plans with complex calculations.
• Learn and apply business rules, workflows, data dependencies, timing and historical context.
• Perform complex calculations, data preparation, reconciliation, validation, and quality review.
