Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior QA/Quality Assurance lead to develop, implement, and oversee quality systems for TFDM and ERAM software deliverables. The role emphasizes standards, testing, trend analysis, and lifecycle oversight.

Responsibilities include CAM budget reporting, defect trend identification, and leadership of technical staff, with communication to executives on strategic matters to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Past software development and Quality Assurance knowledge supporting the ERAM & TFDM programs.
• Experience using the Engineering Edge and BPSL software, test, and Quality Assurance processes.
• Cost Account Management experience statusing financial budgets
• Experience supporting FAA programs
• AS9100D and DO-278A Standard knowledge
• BS degree and or 7 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee QA and control systems to prevent defects in software deliverables for TFDM and ERAM.
• Define standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software quality.
• Provide CAM budget status reporting for TFDM and ERAM programs.
• Identify failure trends and verify design standard consistency across the software lifecycle.
• Analyze post-delivery feedback and recommend corrective actions to procedural or product deficiencies.
• Lead and manage technical staff with significant impact on project results.
• Communicate with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance.
