Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance/Control Leader to develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC systems for software delivered products across the TFDM and ERAM programs. The role includes defining standards, testing procedures, and financial status reporting under CAM budgets.

Qualified candidates have a BS degree (or 7+ years) and experience with FAA programs, AS9100D/DO-278A knowledge, and the ability to obtain Public Trust.

Qualifications

• BS degree and/or 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERAM and TFDM programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100D and DO-278A standards is a plus.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC systems for software delivered products.
• Define standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software quality.
• Analyze post-delivery reports to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and manage technical staff with impact on project results.
