Leidos in Adelphi, Maryland, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Lead to guide quality engineering and mission assurance for a critical U.S. Army cyber program. You will serve as senior quality SME to the Program Manager, translating requirements into effective quality controls and measurable performance.

Hybrid work with three days on site in Adelphi; U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4–8 years of experience; or a Master’s with 2–6 years.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Experience with SharePoint and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead Quality Engineering SME to the Program Manager.
Lead implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the DCSB Cerberus DCO Support Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Establish and maintain traceability between WStatements, PRS, CDRLs and quality controls.
Monitor program performance against the PRS and identify risks early.
Develop and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, trend analyses, and reporting.
Plan and conduct internal quality reviews, audits, and inspections.
Coordinate internal quality reviews of contractual deliverables and CDRLs.
