Enlyte is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize modern data platforms powering analytics, reporting, ML, and AI initiatives. You’ll lead cloud data architectures, automate provisioning with IaC, and partner with stakeholders to deliver governed data products.

This remote US role requires deep expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and multi-cloud patterns, with a proven track record of enterprise-scale delivery and mentorship of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data engineering/analytics roles with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Proven track record in cloud-native data architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Develop cloud-based data architectures and optimize performance.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to deliver data products.
• Implement data quality, governance, and security controls.
