Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Strategy Lead to partner with PCO and CenterWell leadership to shape strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable results.

You will analyze complex business problems, build financial models, and present recommendations to senior leaders. You will own workstreams, drive cross-functional execution, and develop business cases and KPI frameworks to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience building financial models and interpreting financial data.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and deliverables.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving analyses to support PCO priorities with financial modeling and market research.
• Create executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, and risk management.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-support across PCO.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
