Qualifications

• Typically twelve (12) years’ experience in cost proposal preparation or cost proposal development; 8 years with a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related discipline.
• Five (5) years in a management position preferred.
• Experience in base operations support, range operations, Space Force, NASA contracts.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major and strategic proposals.
• Ensure compliance with the estimating system manual and other policies.
• Manage and integrate daily work assignments, develop project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Develop and implement new business capture/proposal strategies.
• Direct and manage people and financial resources to achieve objectives.
• Maintain relationships with Program/Project Managers and upper management.
• Take on proposal efforts and perform at pricing analyst level.
