Amentum is seeking a Pricing Senior Manager to lead administration, strategic pricing planning, and proposal development for major bids. This remote role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cost analysis, and collaboration with Program/Project teams to maximize value and win rates.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cost proposals, familiarity with FAR/DFAR, and strong Excel/mathematical skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 12 years of cost proposal experience; Master’s/Bachelor’s degree may substitute.
• Five years in management preferred.
• Experience with base operations, Space Force, NASA contracts.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major proposals.
• Ensure compliance with estimating system manual and policies.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and plans; lead personnel and resources.
• Develop and implement new business capture/proposal strategies.
• Direct and manage resources to achieve objectives.
• Maintain relationships with Program/Project Managers and leadership.
• Take on proposal efforts and perform at high pricing analyst level.
