Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Pricing Senior Manager for a remote role with travel as needed. Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and compliance with FAR/DFAR/CAS while leveraging advanced Excel and AI-enabled tools to optimize bids.

US citizenship is required; position supports HQ facilities locations for preferred travel and local candidates. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with PMs, and managing budgets & teams to secure major opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cost proposal development and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR/CAS and government pricing rules.
• US Citizenship is required to apply.
• Ability to lead multiple deadlines and manage teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost proposal development and pricing strategies for major bids.
• Ensure compliance with estimating system manuals and policies.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and personnel to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement new capture/proposal strategies.
• Direct and manage resources to achieve new business goals.
• Collaborate with Program/Project Managers and senior leaders.
