Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in presales engineering, solutions engineering, consulting, or related technical customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading complex technical sales motions involving discovery, architecture, pricing inputs, statements of work, and services scoping.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure) and security/compliance controls.
• Ability to map customer requirements to reference architectures and identify standard vs. custom elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping for complex opportunities, including discovery, risk identification, and delivery assumptions.
• Develop and review statements of work, change orders, estimates, and technical proposals.
• Provide pricing inputs for licensing, cloud infrastructure, security services, and professional services labor.
• Mentor presales engineers and contribute to team assets and standards.
