Job summary

The Marlin Alliance is seeking a Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to deliver Microsoft 365 Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards for a Navy client. This is a fully remote position requiring the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

You will lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and provide expert guidance on Dataverse integration and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Proficient in Dataverse and data integration.
• Ability to lead complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of M365 Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Act as SME on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics for decision support.
• Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement and data analysis.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development.
