Job summary

The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Developer to deliver Microsoft 365 solutions for a Navy client. This is a fully remote role requiring the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining Power Automate workflows, creating Power Apps, and supporting data reporting with Excel. A strong communicator who can work independently in a remote team will excel.

Qualifications

• . Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• . Associate's degree in CS or Business Admin, or 1+ year relevant experience.
• . Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, Teams).
• . Strong oral and written communication skills.
• . Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain basic Microsoft 365 Power Automate workflows.
• Assist in the creation and deployment of Power Apps.
• Support data analysis by generating and updating reports with Excel.
• Troubleshoot simple workflow issues and escalate complex challenges.
• Learn and help maximize the client’s customized M365 Teams environment.
• Participate in delivering virtual demos and training sessions.
