Job summary

The Marlin Alliance is seeking a Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to deliver Microsoft 365 Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards for a Navy client. This is a fully remote position requiring the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

You will lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and provide expert guidance on Dataverse integration and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

The Marlin Alliance is seeking a highly experienced Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to provide client support to our Navy client. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

• Strong proficiency in Dataverse and integrating external data sources into Power Platform solutions.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Angular 6+, Tableau, and RPA tools like UiPath.

• Familiarity with FlankSpeed and experience supporting Navy clients.

• High capacity for analytical thinking and process improvement.

• Experience with Model Driven Apps and/or Dynamics.
