Job summary

The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to provide client support to our Navy client in a fully remote role. Applicants must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

This role focuses on designing and delivering advanced Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards across the M365 ecosystem. As a senior developer, you will mentor junior teammates, lead complex projects, and engage with cross-functional teams to implement scalable,

Qualifications

• Required: DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Dataverse and integrating external data sources into Power Platform solutions.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting.
• Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users.
• Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting.
