Job summary

Discover Technologies seeks a SR MS Power Platform Developer to administer tenant-level controls and govern Power Platform products across environments, apps, flows, and data. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and offers 100% remote, full-time employment with benefits.

You will manage licensing, implement ALM, security, DLP policies, on-prem gateways, and enterprise integrations, plus supervise Power BI operations and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Microsoft 365/Power Platform/Power BI with 3+ years tenant-level work.
• Proven tenant administration including environments, policies, capacity, and reporting.
• Experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages.
• Experience with licensing reviews (Copilot, AI Builder, portals).
• Strong Power BI administration and on-premises data gateway experience.
• Solid DLP and connector governance, enterprise integrations, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer tenant-level platform controls (environments, policies, capacity, governance).
• Govern and develop using Power Platform products including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages.
• Define and enforce environment strategy, access, lifecycle, and standards.
• Maintain tenant inventory and reporting (apps, flows, bots, models, sites, connectors, gateways).
• Monitor and resolve platform health issues (failures, capacity, orphaned assets, compliance gaps).
• Manage licensing and entitlements (premium, Copilot, AI Builder credits, Power Pages capacity).
• Run intake and approval processes (connectors, APIs, gateways, copilots, AI models).
• Evaluate solutions for security, data handling, licensing, ownership, supportability.
• Administer DLP policies and connector governance.
• Support on-premises data gateways and enterprise connectivity.
• Troubleshoot production issues (refresh, performance, integration, dependencies).
• Administer Power BI operations (workspaces, datasets, refresh, capacity).
• Implement ALM and deployments (solutions, pipelines, component libraries, Power Pages).
• Automate operations using PowerShell, CLI, and admin APIs.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.
